| Rezumat | ||||||
The author of the article investigates the scientific approach of phenomenon of poverty and its conceptual pair - the social exclusion. The author noted that the phenomenon of poverty is no stranger to any society. Conceptualisation of poverty has changed in space and time, depending on what society has defined and recognized as the minimum subsistence. Combating poverty, as the direction of concrete measures, was present in social policies promoted in Moldova. Also, in recent years have been adopted a series of measures aimed specifically to improve the situation of the poor. Unfortunately the real situation of the population of our country is not the one to ensure the decent standard of living. |
