Today, at the beginning of the twenty-first century, in conditions of geopolitical context changes, the establishment of diplomatic relations between states, no matter of constitutional and social arrangements, are made through diplomatic and consular representations. In this context, this paper aims to study the role of the diplomatic institutions at the international arena. |
