The article is devoted to the establishment and operation of an e-library which, being a logical and currently extension functions of the library automation, should complete the traditional library instead of replacing it. The basic directions and principles of operation, the financial and economic support of the partnership, the design and access to the electronic resources, the metadata and linguistic support are highlighted. It is represent the experience of organizing of the e-library in The Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova. E-Library is considered as the main part of the library’s collection. |
