Rezumat

This article presents the factors that encourage the growth of the teaching process efficiency. In order to have an efficient didactic process, it is necessary to have serious teachers and hard working students. Anyway, the teachers are considered to be more responsible for this because they are conscious of what they have to achieve. An intelligent, wellinformed and open-minded teacher who possesses a critical thinking and who is able to build a democratic relationship with his students and who is able to have a good communication with them will succeed in doing this. Other factors that contribute to a successful didactic process are: good pedagogical and curricular projects, efficient pedagogical methods, logical and coherent activities, good attendance and hard work.
