Specialists from different sectors, including renowned economists, have considered the crisis which begun in 2008 in the US and which extended to Europe as well as worldwide, as a purely economic issue being the consequence of a natural cyclic evolution of the economy. Yet with a deepening crisis the mitigation measures proved the inefficiency. Analysts acknowledged the origins of the crisis as more profound, to be identified in the ideology which lays the basics for actual political and socio-economic democratic system. The economic capitalism, associated with free world, from its political perspectives is grounded on liberal doctrine. Given these we shall study carefully the association of capitalism- liberalism, which would lead to answers and solutions for mitigating the crisis. This study does not challenge the role of liberalism in building the free world and market economy – it follows the need to identify the original doctrine elements which generated the malfunction of the actual economic system.
