Rezumat

Integration into the European Union, recommendations and guidelines contained in the Lisbon, Bologna, Copenhagen, UNECE on Education for Sustainable Development generates Moldova, new goals and new priorities in social and economic activities in general and the education, especially. Environmental protection is one of the key problems of contemporary society that includes the following aspects: sustainable use of natural resources, biodiversity conservation, pollution prevention and environmental reconstruction. In order to winding gap has been developed Strategy for education and awareness on biodiversity conservation and action plan in the country. The aim of the strategy: forming positive attitude towards biodiversity in Moldova and rational use of natural resources; recognition of environmental values and extend community access to information sources in the conservation of biological diversity; community involvement in sustainable development and biodiversity protection; coordination and integration frameworks education and improvement of existing professionals who manage biodiversity conservation; coordination and integration of biodiversity conservation in existing programs. Education on biodiversity conservation objectives are to raise awareness on biodiversity conservation population and sustainable management of natural resources in Moldova. Education and public awareness activities in the decision making process are key components of any conservation strategy. Any national educational system involves availability, refl ecting all aspects of social, economic and spiritual life of a country. Thus, it can be conceived as a way of providing community development and the individual. As a manifestation of the condition of human existence in society, education has two basic objectives: a) the creation of human personality, b) human quality training in social perspective. Achieving the necessary implementation actions are expected, namely: i) developing a comprehensive training program organic pre-university, graduate, postgraduate and its implementation in the educational process, ii) assistance (fi nancial, technical, methodological, consulting) in developing and editing of training and education on biodiversity conservation, iii) environmental education organization of owners of agricultural land; iv) preparation and training programs include pre-university and university-level information on the role and importance NEN v) development and implementation of various disciplines within the overall undergraduate program in forestry training vi) developing and publishing a set of materials (videos, brochures, leafl ets, etc.) on forests of the Republic of Moldova (the importance of the protection, regeneration, status etc.), vii) developing information materials on rare species in the steppe, meadow, petrophytes aquatic and marsh (spread, the importance of genetics), viii) development and implementation of information dissemination projects on biodiversity agricultural ecosystems through radio and television programs, seminars and meetings; ix) organization of a training and retraining of specialists in planning and maintaining green spaces, x) development of training programs, teaching about endangered species and their protection.
