This article aims to determine the changes that have taken place at the level of prudence in Basel III banking compared to Basel II and shortcomings detected by analysts, bankers of analyses. This article is divided into two parts: the first part is devoted to the need for implementation of the new agreement, while the second, the shortcomings that have been omitted or that will affect the banking systems. |
