This article talks about the strategic approach of rewarding staff. For being performed efficiently, reward strategy must be regarded as an integral part of business strategy. This means that staff rewards strategy to be modeled according to the organization's business strategy. Another relevant facet described in this paper refers to the strategic objectives of rewarding staff, with impact on business strategy. The last part describes the process of elaboration and implementation of reward staff strategy and all stages that characterizes it are outlined. |
