Rezumat

A company remains competitive only if there is an efficient management in using resources. Human resources are as important and expensive in every organization. Within this resource, individual performance must be sufficiently large for organization to achieve excellence. Individual performance depends on the employees desire to do the necessary effort in work, on improvement and employess training, and their ability to execute what is requested from them.
