Rezumat

The present article examines the essence and the importance of teams and team work in organizations. The issues of change management are examined in the present paper. The stages of change management process, their goals and essence are analyzed. The main reasons for appearance of staff resistance to changes at the company are characterized. The conclusions are made on coping with this problem through the organizational development and corporate culture with an example of the range of national enterprises.The attention is focused on the formation and development of efficient teams, team roles and the possibility of using of team’s importance as a strategic factor for business organizations efficiency.
