This article talks about the impact of human resource management on economic performance of the organization. In this sense, it describes a range of relevant practices in human resources management that have a direct impact on the performance of the organization including: workplace
safety, effective employment policy, self-managed work teams, organizational rewards based on performance, training of employees, reduce differences in status and distribution information. Following implementation of these human resource management practices will be observed effect on economic performance of the organization. |
