Rezumat

Natural character development is determined by criteria IMS breeding and reflect the basic stages of national and global economic development. And this, because it is creating a mismatch between the regular IMS principles and outlined changes in the structure of world economy and also the realignment between the centers of power base. A discrepancy which is logical because the economic life everything is in a continuous process of change quantitative and qualitative. In this context regular IMS crises occur, which manifests itself in outbursts of foreign contradictions and disturbances caused by discrepancies between the structural principles of regulation mechanism IMS modified conditions of the world economy. IMS crises lead to ruin the system and its replacement by a new IMS, intended to provide a relative stability. Currently, following the financial crisis IMS faces a new bifurcations. According to this assessment will bring to the changing international financial architecture that is in transition from a unipolar to rule IMS U.S. dollar to a new multipolar system where it will shrink the role of the dollar and other currencies will increase the role.
