This scientific article dwells upon the problems concerning the establishment of the partnership between the insurance and the banking institutions. The research of the international experiences of the ways of functioning of the partnership between the insurers and the bankers identifies a common
function for these financial institutions: it is the function of capitalization of resources drawn by implementation of mixed insurance. Concerning the mentioned above it has been found that the partnership between the insurers and the bankers is favored by the following functions of insurance: the function of risk protection, the investment function, the risk prevention function and the function of the banking service of the insurance activities. It has been also found the fact that the joint activities of the insurers and the
bankers will contribute to the more marked increase of the process of drawing of the internal resources, as well as the level of protection of the national capital will increase. |
