Fruit and vegetable juices represent an important food source for human body, duet of the protective effects against different diseases. Of all canned products produced in Moldova, it is about 60% juice, of which 90% is exported abroad. The largest share of vegetables juice produced in Moldova it is tomato juice. Currently, areas under tomatoes in Moldova fell 3 times and the amount of harvested vegetables fell 3,5-4,5 times, leading to the decrease in the volume of the produced and exported juice. |
