The etiology Gilles syndrome from Tourette
This paper describes Tourette syndrome (TS). This is a neuropsychiatric disorder that begins in childhood and adolescence and can have varying degrees of severity, and the main symptom is persistent tics. Tourette syndrome or Gilles Tourette disorder is recognized as the most severe form of tic. This disorder is already known as having familial nature, with changes in frontal circuites, striatal and subcortical, are considered increasingly more important as neurologic . Another feature is the frequent association and other forms of psychopathological disorderes. The management is varied and depends on the clinical form and associated events. |

Aceasta este o tulburarea neurohsihiatrică, carea debutează în copilărie şi adoliscenţă şi poate avea gradea diferite de sveritate, iar simptomul principal îl repreyintă persistenţa ticurilor. Sindromul Tourette sau Tulburarea Gilles de la Tourette este recunoscută ca fiind cea mai severă formă a ticurilor. Această tulburare este deja cunoscută ca avînd caracter familială, cu modificări în circuitele frontale, striatale şi subcorticale ;sunt considerate din ce în ce mai mult ca componentă neurologică importantă. O altă caracteristică este asocierea fregventă şi a altor forme de tulburări psihopatologice.
