The Constitution provides the right to liberty and security and its inviolability for all individuals, regardless of nationality, social status, etc.. But, considering that are frequently recorded serious antisocial behavior of individuals, they can not remain without an appropriate response because it would reach a state of panic for those who were considered threatened by such behavior and the antisocial behavior should be not encouraged. For this purpose, the same article from the Constitution provides that only the cases and the procedure provided by law; a person may be deprived of his right through inquiry, detention or arrest. In this study we perform an analysis regarding body search, as a procedural measure which leads to temporary deprivation of right to liberty and security of a person.
