The European Union appears to be a hybrid entity: a complex integrationist process and more controversial now than at its beginnings regarding the form which finally has to be achieved. At the moment, the European Union successfully passed the first phase, the functional one, and now is manifesting tendencies for federalization. The correct reposition of the European Union might be more representative for her than supranational and governmental. |
