Corruption is used by a person in an important position, as well as by a state of municipal public servant, not considered as a person of responsibility position, of his service situation in interest of cupidity or in other personal interest, by this causing a prejudice to the state, society and persons protected by law or creating a danger of causing such a prejudice. |
