The history has registered and continues to point out numerous and regrettable acts of physical, biological or cultural exterminations targeted against some human collectivities, under different motivations, nearly on the whole map of the world. Naturally, they precede the appearance of juridical concept of genocide, of international conventions and national criminal norms, which will exclude them from the tacitly admitted scope and incriminate through laws. The following paper will emphasize the origins, motives and ways of destroying the human entity of Jews by Nazis authorities during the II World War, an extermination that is marked by deep roots in past. The aim of the following study is to remember once again of the darkest pages of human history, because oblivion or ignorance could lead to committing of these odious crimes in the future. |
