In the present paper there are analyzed some existing problems concerning employees holding more than one job. For them there are specified the conditions of employment on the basis of individual labor contracts. Reference is made to their rights and obligations, which are the same as those of other employees of enterprises, organizations or institutions. However, it is underlined the fact that having more than one job has its specific features, the labor legislation foresees some restrictions in this respect (Paragraph (1) Art.269 Labor Code). First of all, there are determined the peculiarities of presenting a leave for employers combining more than one job, its duration and modality of payment.
