In this article there were reflected diverse aspects regarding the peculiarities of signing up of the individual work contract with the employer as a physical person.
There was drawn special attention to the author’s opinion concerning the signing of the individual work contract, the juridical nature of the potential individual work contract.
In this regard there were not neglected the aspects related to the registering of the individual work contract, the inscriptions in the work book, the juridical effects that might be produced as a consequence of the breaking of the work legislation. |
