Changing political vector in Moldova after the parliamentary elections in the summer of 2009 takes place in conditions of profound and unprecedented economic crisis, with the chance to transform into a social and political crisis of proportions. In these circumstances, the new leadership of the country, came to power by democratic means, is forced to develop in a matter of urgency, a crisis action plan and a vast program of social and economic development of the country, taking into account the situation where we find, and economic trends at the regional level and global. Of particular importance in this context, becomes concrete economic doctrine that will underpin the further development of the state, labor productivity growth, export orientation to the economy, regional development, economic and physical infrastructure development, bringing back the normal life of Moldovan villages, setting harmonious ethnic relations and peacekeeping, as important prerequisite for successful implementation of any program of economic and social development of the country, promoting knowledge and innovation in all fields, including the country's economic development.
