The present article finalizes the series of scientific publications under the main title “the concept of human rights and liberties in the juridical works of Constantin Stere. In this article, the theoretical, practical, moral and spiritual sources of the concept of the scholar in relationship to human rights are analyzed. The importance and actuality of the said concept for the processes of democratic transformation of the current society and the edification of the state of law in our country is argued. |
