The organizational culture – an important aspect
of the management of medical institutions
In the last ten-year period, the concept of organizational culture has gained wide acceptance as a way to understand the organizational systems. From a systemic landing perspective, each aspect of organizational culture can be viewed as an important environmental condition affecting the organization and its subsystems.
Organizational culture as one of main aspects of organizational study and management describes the psychology, attitudes, experiences, beliefs and values of the organization. Using these and other elements the organizational culture becomes an efficient tool of management which assures the increase of organizational performance for a long time.
