Correlation between activity of C- reactive protein (CRP) and ceruloplasmine
in haemorrhagic shock revived with hyaluronic acid
Haemorrhagic shock is manifested through local and diffuse inflammatory process. The pathogenetic factors of systemic inflammation are acute phase proteins and oxygen free radicals. CRP and ceruloplasmine are recognized as markers of loyal local and diffuse inflammatory process. Postinfusionale syndrome triggers a set of tissue damages additional to hypovolemic impact, which are assign to reperfuse syndrome, and are mediated by oxidative stress, and respectively , detremental affected by acute phase proteins, proinflammatory cytokines, metals and modulators proteins of oxidative stress ( transferine-iron, ceruloplasmine-copper). |
