Rezumat | ||||||||
The purpose of this communication is to raise yet another alarm signal for the state authorities, competent and able to fight against the corruption, to take energetic measures for to stop this pandemic phenomenon, both at the national and international level. Except for the introductory part, the article analyzes, using as legal research methods of research the juridical logic, the comparison, the investigation, the experiment, etc., the causes and conditions that determine and favor the phenomenon of corruption, the methodology of the investigation of corruption crimes, the main problems and objectives of the research, which are the subject of investigations and probation, as well as the special measures to investigate of the crimes of corruption. As such, the corruption constitutes a threat to democracy and human rights, undermines the principles of good administration, equity and social justice, distorts the competition, hinders the economic development and endangers the stability of democratic institutions and the moral foundations of society. We believe that the phenomenon of corruption has become increasingly acute and diversified over time, despite of the legal regulations and of other measures to eradicate, to stop or at least to reduce it, visible outpacing the criminal legislatio |
