Paradoxical kinesis-Review, Clinical Study Paradoxical kinesis are the sudden transient abilities of a patient with Parkinson’s disease to perform a task he was previously unable to perform, usually when facing an exogenous stimulus. The objective of this study was to determine, at the time of writing, the occurrence of
paradoxical kinesis in Parkinson’s Disease patients, using visual cues. Because the beneficial influence of paradoxical kinesis phenomenon on dystonia expression may be considered as one of the directions of writer's cramp rehabilitation. The importance of paradoxical kinesis is presented, based on the latest scientific publications. |
