| Rezumat | ||||||
Children have rights wherever they are - at home with their natural parents, in substitute families, in care institutions or at school. Parents and families, professional groups working with children, but also any responsible citizen should know about the existence of these rights. It is the police and judges who are empowered to apply the law, but everyone (especially those who work with children) have an obligation to report cases of child abuse or neglect. Local and central public authorities have the obligation to guarantee and promote the rights of the child. |
