There are principal problems being researched and are describing the influence and relations existing between forms of governing and the public authority, independence and internal independence between these politicaljuridical categories in organization and efficient functioning of state powers. The author of the thesis has exercised an investigation that demonstrates the rule of the public authority in modern political regimes. There were the sources and modes of realization of modern political regimes, as well as the importance of the mechanisms through which the public authority exercise its attributions.
