| Rezumat | ||||||
This article describes a particular type of political power, the power of
government. The subjects of the analysis are the political parties and interaction
of juridical, legislative and executive branches, the role of political parties
in these relationships being often underestimated. Another issue treated
in chapter three is the role of the parties in the government legitimacy.
On of the main conclusions of the article is that the responsibility for the
quality of political parties rests upon the level of responsibility and political
development of the society. |
