In the article author tells us about the strategies and tactics of candidates for the primary function of Chisinau from 10 and 24 Julie. He contested the fact that the chousing of the primary of Chisinau could be characterized by two interesting moments: five months duration of that three chousing (Parliamentary and local) and the second one – the strategies and tactics applicated from that ten candidates. Then the author characterized the strategies and tactics of candidates in order of the points that they take. He described in amount the strategies and tactics of candidates and also their anterior activities. The author used the information from newspaper and internet. Every idea is followed by propertied conclusions and opinions. In opinion of some political analysts, power makes everything for population depolarizing and civic demodulation, methodic compromising the primary’ institution. Annihilating the liberty of expression, stopping all of the serious debates at the state television in that year accentuated the indiference of the electoral. This absenteeism syndrome is awful, because it could be extended on the fouling primary’ chousing. In special in this case, because we are talking about capital population, which always was characterized like the most active and responsible constituency. Moldavian electoral don’t come to voting till they see an active fighting with hooliganisms. So parliamentary accord realized by the main political force auctioneered candidates for the primary function. Unfortunately opposition doesn’t have personalities for manipulation in the chousing. The same faces, the same replicas, the same simple and critics tactics. The final conclusion was that the electoral company for Primary from 2005 had been one of the most silent and short in the history of Moldavian Republics, candidates aborted a sterile and politicos message.
