One of the most important duties is the protection of basic human rights such at international as at internal level. In this work are examined the basic rights which are concerned at international level. Also there are examined the interaction between human rights protection and penal politic of our country. The most breaking of human rights are occurred in the field of criminality prevention and fighting that’s why this subject is very important for our country as for entire world community. Republic of Moldova signed the biggest conventions concerned to the basic human rights. The author pays attention to the fact that our country respects the assumed duties. Republic Moldova are stipulated these rights and most important guarantees. The upmentioned guarantees were resumed in many laws or other official acts. In this way, the author concludes that conventions concerned to the basic human rights influence directly national laws concerned to up-mentioned problem.
