Civil contracts are classified into categories according to some criteria.
The classification denotes the comprehesiblity of the juridical feature of the
contracts. The contracts of the same category are viewed as general norms
that regulate the category of this contract. What category does the character
of power supply wake part of? Is the power supply contract type of the purchase
– selling contract, or it is a type of the category of services providing
contract, or it forms a district category – the power supply contract? The subject
of the contract as the distinctive element. |
