Rezumat | ||||||
The political culture represents a principal element in the political system,
at which bases the following components are: the political experience,
the political consciousness and the political behavior. The history and revolution
the institutions and of the political processes used their, experience in
the changing of the political culture in general. In the Republic of Moldova
the political experience manifested itself by the national rebirth that influenced
the change of individuals’ ideology and outlook. The political consciousness
is nothing else rather than knowledge, values, convictions that reflect
the political life of the society. Political behavior distinguishes itself by its
struggle for power among the leading classes and different group or fractions;
the interaction between the individual and the politician that is evidentiated
by the level of the individual’s political culture as well as by his her passive
or active participation in the political life. The above-mentioned components
directly or indirectly influence the political system in general. That is
why the Republic of Moldova needs democratic reforms. A national idea is
necessary for the rebirth of the values, which could be the basis of the leading
elite in governing the society. |
