Rezumat

Research in the field of Facility Management will allow us to understand the importance and timeliness of this field, for the sustainable and efficient development of services in the Republic of Moldova. Basically, facilitated management can be applied where there are human resources. As mentioned, the concept of facility management is a relatively new one on the domestic market. In the Republic of Moldova there are very few companies specialized in such services. The quality of a service is judged by the client’s perception of the result and often matters even more than the result itself. The quality of the services is related to all the stages of the service, starting with the initial order, until the sale and the immediately following period.
