Sustainable development of countries in the contemporary stage is inevitably determined by the attitude of governments towards to public health, to social and economic policies and measures taken to improve the quality of human life - as fundamental to the prosperity of society. Thus, public health social placed in the spotlight - as the central goal of state policy and its practical activities should be aimed at reducing or eliminating the adverse influence of environmental factors. Country’s legislation and policies to provide comprehensive measures of health sectors, to integrate the economics goals with the improvement and strengthening of health. This could be achieved only under a deep knowledge of health conditions, the links between social decisions addressed to environmental factors determining public health strategies with scientific arguments and mechanisms to review implementation of new principles public health as reflected in recently adopted legislation, and integrating all social forces in this work.
