Старение организма является универсальным процессом постоянного снижения уровня функционирования сложной, открытой системы во времени, затрагивающей все уровни ее организации, нарушающие процессы самообновления. В структуре лечебного геропротекторного эффекта ведущая роль отводится противодействию окислительному стрессу. Важнейшим немедикаментозным природным средством, обладающим данным свойством, является озонокислородная смесь, влияние которой на организм человека верифицировано исследованиями как отечественных, так и зарубежных ученых. Было обследовано 119 пациентов, проходивших амбулаторное лечение в Центре озонотерапии города Нижнего Новгорода. Основной диагноз: ИБС, стабильная стенокардия 2-3 ФК. Парентеральное введение озонированного физиологического раствора нормализует про- и антиоксидантный баланс сыворотки крови пожилых пациентов с ИБС. После курса озонотерапии отмечается снижение уровней показателей липидного обмена – общего холестерина, ХСЛПНП, триглицеридов. Внутривенное введение низких концентраций озона улучшает функции эндотелия за счет снижения высоких уровней оксида азота и эндотелина. In the structure of the geroprotective therapeutic effect, the main role is given to combat oxidative stress. The most important natural remedy without drugs with this property is the ozoneoxygen mixture, whose effect on the human body is verified by studies conducted both nationally and internationally. 119 patients who underwent outpatient treatment at the Ozone Center in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia, were examined, the basic diagnosis was coronary heart disease, stable angina CF II-III. Parenteral administration of ozonated saline normalizes the pro- and antioxidant serum balance of elderly patients with coronary heart disease. After a course of ozone therapy, there is a decrease in the level of lipid metabolism - total cholesterol, LDL-C, triglycerides. Intravenous administration of low ozone levels improves endothelial function by lowering high levels of nitric oxide and endothelin. Ozone therapy reduces the ability of platelets to aggregate and improves the rheological properties of the blood of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.

Îmbătrânirea este un proces universal de reducere constantă a funcționării unui sistem complex odată cu trecerea timpului, afectând toate nivelurile organizației sale care împiedică procesele de autoînnoire. În structura efectului terapeutic geroprotector, rolul principal este acordat combaterii stresului oxidativ. Cel mai important remediu natural fără medicamente cu această proprietate este amestecul de ozon-oxigen, al cărui efect asupra organismului uman este verificat prin studii efectuate atât la nivel national, cât și internațional. Au fost examinați 119 pacienți care au urmat un tratament ambulator la Centrul de Ozon din Nizhny Novgorod, Rusia, diagnosticul de baza a fost boala coronariană, angină stabilă CF II-III. Administrarea parenterală de soluție salină ozonizată normalizează echilibrul seric pro- și antioxidant al pacienților vârstnici cu boală coronariană. După un curs de terapie cu ozon, există o scădere a nivelului metabolismului lipidelor - colesterol total, LDL-C, trigliceride. Administrarea intravenoasă a concentrațiilor scăzute de ozon îmbunătățește funcția endotelială prin scăderea nivelurilor ridicate de oxid nitric și endotelină. Terapia cu ozon reduce capacitatea de agregare a trombocitelor și îmbunătățește proprietățile reologice a sângelui ale pacienților vârstnici cu boală coronariană.
