Rezumat | ||||||
The article analyzes the implementation of Erasmus+ projects in the Republic of Moldova based on the example of a capacity-building project in higher education – Elevate. The comparison of the established objectives and the results obtained of the targeted project, including in terms of their quality and usefulness, is framed in the general context of carrying out such projects in the Republic of Moldova. The analysis revealed the inefficient use of European funds and the need of impact assessments and ex-post evaluations of European Union projects in the field of higher education implemented at the local level. |
