Rezumat

Abstract: Our study estimates comparative testing “in vitro” of the parasites viability and scolicidale effect of the pharmaceutical agents, that were used during surgical intervention and interaction of the metacistod with micotico-bacterial co infection. Material and metohods: Our study is based on 20 children of different ages. We intended to study the vitality of the hidatic cysts, obtained during surgical interventions by puncting parazital formations without introduction of the pharmaceutical agents. For testing we used: sol.betadin 10%, silver nitrate (AgNO3) 2%, mebendazol-100 mg, ivermecto - 6 mgl, praziquantel- 600m.l as agents of co infection has been used micotico-bacterial native cultures (candida e. coli). R esults: The results of our study showed the hight viability of the germenative elements of the hidatic metacistod at the fertility stage; the presention of the first larval stage -oncosfera (hexacantul) that indicates on the existence of some parazitar perpetuating forms in the macroorganism. Our research was realized in vitro, with pharmaceutical remedies which have exposed some concepts of pharmaceutical remedies with scolicid effect that was used during surgical interventions for inactivation of the metacistod. Thus, one of the most effective scolicide are: silver nitrate 2% with 100 % effect during the first 5 minutes and betadin- 10 with an accessible effect after 30 minutes, maximal after 6-12 hours. The scolicid effect of mebendazol, ivermectol and Praziquantel, was maximum 23-41%, during the first 24 hours. Among them ivermectol showed the best result. Micotico-bacterial agents used, have revealed scolicid action, after an exhibition of 6-8 hours. It shows the antagonistic relationships between microorganisms. Conclusion: Overall, hidatidoza is very resistant infection, it cause variations of reproductive elements. Silver nitrate may be used as scolicid substance, Ivermectol, praziquantel, may be useful in the aftersurgical period.

В данной работе представлены результаты проведенного экспериментального исследования и сравнительной морфологической оценке сколицидного эффекта некоторых фармацевтических антипаразитарных препаратов и биологически агентов „ in vitro” на паразитарных элементах при эхинококкозе печени у детей.
