The choice of the profession is a very important step in everyone’s life. This is a long lasting process that influences our future and our destiny and depends on the intrinsic and extrinsic factors. The process of choosing a profession is accomplished in many different and difficult steps. The continuity of this process is in a close connection with the values and interests of the person, with personal motives and the preference for a certain professional field. A very important factor in the choice of the profession is represented by the abilities and the skill of the person. Choosing a profession has always personal and subjective motives and develops throughout a complicated motivational process. |
