Rezumat

Backgraound: Previously infants were separated at birth from their mothers breast and not made several hours afterwards, or sometimes days for milk expected “to come”. This practice is potentially harmful for breastfeeding but for the parent relationship -child. Materials and methods for carrying out the study was designed a prospective cohort study. The study were included 888 couples, mother, after caesarean section in ICŞOSMşiC IMP in 2009. Total admitted in 2009 were given in section - 3618 couples, parent child, removed by caesarean section were 888 babies - 24.5%. Note that there is a dynamic increase of caesarean sections. In six months of 2010 this indicator reached 890 cases. The exclusion criteria: parent-child couples requiring hospitalization in RTI. R esults After Caesarean with local anesthesia, breastfeeding can be initiated immediately, mostly. With general anesthesia, breastfeeding can be initiated within hours, when the mother feels conscious. Aim 1.Evaluation effectiveness of the program to encourage and support breast-feeding early contact, the newly-born-family, after caesarean section. 2. Determining the useful methods to stimulate milk secretion, early contact. Conclusion 1. Parent-child contact immediately after cesarean average increase lactation. 2. Useful technique is recommended to initiate lactation by using the method, the probe with the syringe, the breastfeeding reflexes to stimulate prolactin, oxytocin. 3. Mother and child would be separated after birth, except in cases where there is an unavoidable medical reason. Father-child contact (skin-to-skin “) immediately after cesarean is very valuable
