Rezumat

The rehabilitation and recovery of a patient with lumbar spondylosis is a team effort with a customized recovery part for each patient, in which the physiotherapist has a very special role, because through physical exercise, he presents the only therapeutic modality in restoring the problem of the spine, restores its functionality, but also there is an easier and more effective way as well as shortened time by making the kinetic methods more effective combined with acupressure and medical massage. Recovery through the efficiency of related kinetic methods has an excellent possibility of improving the quality of life of patients, avoiding, reducing and removing pain as a cause, not only as a symptom, also improving the function of the spine joint, balancing the center of gravity and balance of the human body.
