Modern society, which is one of the challenges, makes us more and more vulnerable in our relationships. Interpersonal communication through empathy shows a sensitive direction of human development. Empathy as a feature of emotional intelligence is built on openness to the emotions and feelings of others, on the ability to read information from nonverbal channels. The key to creating empathy and relationships is listening. Ability to understand, listen to the way another person thinks, feels and behaves is a key direction in developing empathy. In order to make the connection between the communication message and the person's reaction, it is important to expose the constructive feedback, the one that will allow an effective relationship, based on trust and emotional balance. |
