Rezumat

River perch in the lower Dniester is characterized by synchronous development of eggs and one-time spawning. The gonads of spawning females contain only oocytes of protoplasmic growth and released follicles in the resorption stage, and traces of the last phases of follicle resorption are present in the ovary at subsequent stages of gonadal development. The transition of gonads to stage II-III of maturity, and of oocytes to the beginning of trophoplasmic growth, occurs in the last days of July. The process of vacuolization of the cytoplasm in the eggs lasts for two months, and only with a decrease in water temperature to 12°C, at the end of October, the accumulation of vitelline granules begins in the germ cells of large females, in other smaller individuals, oocytes begin intensive vitellogenesis. As a result, smaller females are the first to spawn. In the lower Dniester, in spawning seven-year-old females at stages II and II-III of maturity, resorption of oocytes of protoplasmic growth and initial phases of cytoplasm vacuolization was revealed, which indicates the attenuation of the reproductive function of the gonads. Among the caught females of the river perch, in the month of May, a four-year-old hermaphrodite with an abnormal development of germ cells was found
