An economic bubble is one of the most unknown subjects in economy. Though there is already happened a lot of them during past four centuries, scientists still cannot agree on the causes of the phenomenon, its main characteristics and methods to avoid it. This article contains some ideas upon these, description of the most important real estate bubbles in the world, including recent crash in 2009. Study includes analysis of real estate market from Moldova and the conclusion about presence of a bubble on it at the moment, as well as in 2009. |
