To rule a country means to be master but also brother. However, the direct meaning of government is to keep the state well-organized, to guarantee respect for human rights and to prevent the abuse of power and money, and last but not least, to give priority to rules and the law. In order to have the key to good governance, public authorities need to focus in particular on a number of key areas: the rule of law, participation, transparency, consensus-building and equity and inclusion. Adjusting the Hofsete model to ensure good governance is a new innovation for the state of the Republic of Moldova, but it can also become a priority to improve the aspects of governance through new trends and new dimensions.
