| Rezumat | ||||||
The purpose of this study was to evaluate unhealthy eating habits of students from rural areas from Republic of Moldova. This was a cross-sectional study, based on questioning a sample of 1236 students from 10 schools from Republic of Moldova located in rural areas covering three regions of Moldova country – central, north and south. The habit of unhealthy eating, also oversized or incorrect cooked foodstuffs was found in more than half of families of surveyed students. For preventive and educational purposes is required to develop new teaching subjects adapted to eating practices registered in our schools. |
