Identification of Fusarium spp. in eggplants at different stages of ontogenesis was performed. Molecular analysis was conducted via nested-PCR with a set of primers designed for identification of F. verticillioides, F. oxysporum, F. avenaceum, F. solani, F. equiseti, F. culmorum, F. nivale. Seeding material, leaves at different stages of plant vegetation and seeds at phase of phisiological maturity were used for identification of Fusarium fungi. F. verticillioides, F. oxysporum, F. avenaceum, F. solani, F. equiseti, F. nivale were identified in eggplant DNA samples extracted at different phases of ontogenesis. |
