The theoretical analysis of sociological and scientific literature was used as the methods of this study. The work is a theoretical analysis of the causes and characteristics of the educational migration of students to study at foreign higher educational institutions, as well as academic mobility, leading to the loss of highly specialized specialists by the State of Israel. The methodology used includes the collection, synthesis and analysis of data, logical methods of cognition that allow the author to find a solution to this problem based on logical conclusions, as well as a comparison method. In the process of analyzing the available data from leading academic studies from Israel and other countries, the author draws conclusions and also makes recommendations for creating an innovative, comprehensive and original economic model that will lead to a partial solution of the phenomenon under discussion.
