În studiul de față, vom analiza relația dintre două libertăți fundamentale legate de prima generație de drepturi ale omului (drepturi civile și politice), care, în esența lor, includ obligațiile negative ale statului în procesul realizării fiecărei persoane a conţinutul libertăţii de gândire şi al libertăţii de exprimare.

In the present study, we will analyse the relationship between two fundamental freedoms related to the first generation of human rights (civil and political rights), which, in their essence, include the negative obligations of the state in the process of each person’s realization of the content of the freedom of thought and the freedom of speech.
